QUESTIONS ABOUT WORSHIP
Livestream worship continues this Sunday at 10 AM!
Here are some questions that were shared last week and some new ones!
Q: How do I access worship online?
A: On Sunday, you will receive an email with links to the Worship Video Feed and to the Worship Guide. You can also go to the front page of the church website to attend worship at www.fpcb.org. The livestream will begin at 9:55 AM.
Q: Can I use YouTube to view the livestream?
A: Yes! The new live stream will be scheduled on youtube to start at 9:55 each Sunday.
Q:Can I view the livestream before 10 AM?
A: Sorry, the answer is No. The only "Live" thing happening before 10 AM is the Worship Team getting ready to lead you in worship!
Q: Can I view the livestream after 10 AM?
A: Yes. When you click on the worship link in the Sunday email or on the website, you will start worship at its beginning. You will be viewing a captured video.
Q: I experienced some video "freezing" last Sunday, why is that happening?
A: We saw no video "freezing" on computers, phones or tablet devices that we tested. The answer is unique to the age of your device, its computing power, or even your internet speed. If you have multiple tabs open in your browser, try closing them and that might help solve the issue..
Q: When the sanctuary doors are opened will worship be available on-line?
A: Absolutely! There will be a lingering need for COVID precautions for different groups of people. As stated in previous communications, we have deliberately aligned the opening of in-person worship with the availability of live-streamed worship services. If you must be at home, you will not be left-behind. We hope that everyone values this as an expression of our unity in Christ.
