At First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown, we are committed to building our lives and our church on the firm foundation of God’s truth.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God. It is our ultimate authority and the foundation for all we teach, believe, and practice. Every ministry, decision, and act of worship flows from the truth of Scripture.

Spiritual growth happens best in the context of relationships. We are committed to gathering together around God’s Word—encouraging, challenging, and supporting one another as we follow Jesus. Life transformation takes place as we do life together in Christ-centered community.

We believe every Christian is called to actively live out the Great Commission. Through acts of love, service, and sharing the gospel, we seek to bring the hope of Christ to our neighbors, our community, and the world.
