  • TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a nonprofit, non-commercial weight-loss support and wellness education organization founded in 1948.

​

  • It helps people lose weight and keep it off sensibly by promoting healthy lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes or fad diets.

​

  • They meet every other Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 in cafe. All our welcome!
